Beeline Coaching
Our coaching take the time to know your business and culture through a proprietary company assessment. This ensures that we are coaching each team member in a culturally comprehensive manner. Everyone’s objectives are considered.
Following the assessment, we launch BeeLine Coaching at your company. The program is set up as a credit system. Each credit is a 15-minute micro session that team members can access as often as needed. Team members have the flexibility to choose how to use their credits both in time and frequency.
Scope
Our coaches meet with team members whenever needed to provide adaptive support in navigating the workplace. Examples of topics covered in coaching sessions may include:

Scope
Working with us allows firms to take advantage of our strong HR operational background by focusing on addressing the areas that drive costs in companies. We allow for a flexible work model/partnership and can assist in any and all of the following areas:
Assistance in the valuation of companies through a detailed review of the People Operations structure, data, culture, procedures and employees during the deal diligence process
Build out of People Operations best practices, standards, policies, procedures, and systems to support the overall operation and effectiveness of portfolio companies to include: compensation, benefits, talent management and retention, the employee life cycle, recruiting and training/development
Create and implement training and development strategies, programs and initiatives that support and drive long-term and sustainable growth of the portfolio companies
Serve as a strategic People Operations partner to the investment teams and portfolio company leaders to provide thought leadership to ensure short-term and long-term business optimization
Work with leadership teams on workforce gap analysis of the organization to plan for growth, project hiring needs, understand the skills and experience in the current workforce and develop strategies for overcoming any gaps
Post-close advocates by overseeing the integration of a newly acquired business during the onboarding and integration process of new portfolio company acquisitions
